Conscious Organic, Vegan and Raw 'Sour Cherry' is a beautiful bar with zingy sour cherries. It contains a minimum of 62% cacao solids and is expertly blended using cherries and spices. The 'zing' of the cherries cut through the darkness of the Peruvian cacao in a tantalising way. The cherries are sundried in Uzbekistan and are full of a sour, tangy flavour, off-setting perfectly the richness of this chocolate. The Conscious range are all free from gluten, soya, dairy and refined sugars. All of the packaging is plastic free, recyclable and home compostable. Packaging is printed with vegetable inks, finished with a water-based varnish. Conscious chocolate is handmade their kitchen in Sussex using 100% renewable energy sources.
